Our 2019 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 7pm on Sunday 12th May at Bluecoat School in Harborne.

All members are welcome, and encouraged, to attend.

There will be reports covering club activities and finances and elections for:

  • Coaching
  • Running
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

With two-year terms and

  • Development
  • Publicity
  • Social

With one-year terms.

Your club needs you!

To stand for election please hunt down a current member who will nominate you (preferably when sober) and then email secretary@bratclub.co.uk, saying which position you’re standing for and who has nominated you.

If you want to know more about any of the roles and how much fun you will have, you can also email the secretary, or ask on social media.


The venue within the school grounds will be chosen to suit the expected number of attendees, so please indicate your intention to attend on the Facebook event, or by emailing secretary@bratclub.co.uk, ideally by 28th April, so we get the right-sized place.

Please arrive in time for a prompt start. There’s plenty of free parking and the school is near to Harborne High Street for bus routes.
