Required content:

• Race Title
• Race Date
• Category Headings - Name, Position, Swim (km) etc
• Accurate Participants Details

Please note: We would be very grateful if you could take the time to look up and submit the results of all BRATs who competed in your race, rather than just your own results. This will avoid any duplication of effort and will give you a warm feeling of unacknowledged voluntary effort on behalf of other BRATs (as well as the glow of knowing that soon everyone will know that you beat a few of them).

To make processing a lot quicker please submit the results in excel format provided below and only if you have checked that the results are not already up.
