Following our enormous presence and success in the Great BUPA Birmingham Half Marathon it was announced that BRAT won the Powerade Superseries for local running clubs which was held as part of the event.

Congratulations to Tim Griffith, Ed Banks, Chris Ashford, Jill McGee, Sophie Reynolds and Cat Tomaney. Prizes include loads of Powerade kit for the 6 members who won the team prize for us, and £1,000 of Powerade products for the BRAT Club. The awards are to be presented by Powerade representatives at the University of Birmingham Munrow Track on the evening of Thursday 15th December at 7pm. One of Powerade's sports scientists will also be on hand to answer questions. So come along and be part of the celebrations, all welcome.

Thursday is a regular BRAT Club night at the track so there will be lots going on, including weekly distance sessions at 7.30pm. Why not come along and give it a try if you haven't tried it before?

Update: The Presentation - Ed, Chris, Jill, Tim, Sophie, and Cat each received £150 of Runners Need vouchers and Powerade tee shirts, following their victory for BRAT in this competition (along with Kate & Joe from Powerade). Many congratulations!
