I'm a renewing member but I don't know my details

If you've never registered in the past, even though you're a renewing member you won't have a login yet. All you need to do is go into the shop, purchase a renewal membership and create a new login at the login stage. This will also be your login for the forum, and when you renew next year!

I don't have a Paypal Account

Firstly, don't worry - you don't need one! Whilst Paypal would love everyone to be a member, we don't mind! When you get to the Paypal login page, there's also an option to pay be debit or credit card, it's just quite a small link!

I bought my membership but I've not received anything

We've gone through some changes recently here, and at the moment there is no automated process to notify you of your purchase. The membership team will drop you a welcome email as soon as possible.
