BRATs in the South Swim Session Plans
The swim sessions are all about improving your skills and fitness to enable you to complete a triathlon safely and efficiently. We do expect basic swimming skills, for example being able to swim 2 lengths of the pool in front crawl. The different stages are designed to prepare you for the BRAT Birmingham Triathlon Festival on 20 May 2012.
