Please read the Brat Cycling Etiquette.doc before doing any group rides (BRAT Cycling Guru - Steve "KAMO" Washbourne*).  Please remember to respect the ride leader, re-group at the top of every climb, knock a mile off when asked*, and allow the leader to stay in front down the hills - they know the route!

Will there be a group ride today?  Use your common sense - there will be no group ride if the weather compromises group safety!  e.g. if there are severe weather warnings in force (see www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/wm/birmingham_forecast_wind.html), e.g. if there is a high likelihood of heavy rain, you may wish to reconsider whether you wish to ride. Rides will only proceed at the discretion of the ride leader.   For weather forecast, click on the BBC weather link in the right hand column.  Please wear good quality cycling kit whatever the conditions.

2012: South Bike Sessions

Time: 8.30am Sunday mornings. Departure point: MAC front carpark at Cannon Hill Park  Optional tea, coffee and cake after the ride. Leave the bikes in the Courtyard (park side) and sit in the foyer so that you can keep an eye on them.
